Words.
Expressin things in da form of words,
Some r soothin, some act like sword.
Juliet sayin - " I Love You " melted Romeo´s Heart.
Words of hatred n anger drive lovin-1´s apart.
Words of Consolation support the fallin-1.
Words of Appreciation make impossible things done.
Confession of `things` makes somebody´s life,
N words of ´hatred` hurt heart like knife.
Thus small word make difference big,
They can make u begger or make u king.
Will act of emotion be ever understood ?
Can unsaid words speak volume,
Much loud enough 2 b heard ?

hmmmm.....you have managed to portray your thoughts very nicely in this poem, and i'll tell you from my experience.....unspoken words sound louder :) swere no kidding.....
only, i feel you shouldnt have used the sms lingo in between, it knid of reduces the poems impact....or you could have written the entire poem in sms lingo, that wuold ahve been a different impact in itself....
